The purpose of this project is to raise awareness of ME/CFS in Japan, by sending out copies of the manga “One Day Suddenly I Got Chronic Fatigue Syndrome” to health officials. The organizers in collaboration with the author of the manga, Ms. Yuari, need to raise 2 million yen to be successful. Various rewards are being offered to supports, such as clear files and copies of the manga.
Update: On 08-16-2019 funding was successful!
In Cities across the world people showed their support in beautiful and moving #MillionsMissing advocacy events. Researchers, clinicians, and patients turned out to speak about the urgent need to address this crisis with real action. Members of Congress tweeted out their support for people with ME!
